Egemen Mustafa Şener was born on 28 May 1968 in Çifteköprü, Borçka, Artvin. For more than three decades he has worked across construction, infrastructure, real estate, urban renewal, port and shipyard investment, and renewable energy.

Career and Altamira
From the 1990s he worked in Istanbul-centred construction and real-estate management; since 2016 he has been a founding partner of Altamira Global Strategies.
