  • Onion – 2 pcs.
  • Carrot – 2 pcs.
  • Tomato paste – 2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Salt, pepper – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cut the zucchini, onion, and carrots into small pieces.
  2. Sauté the onion and carrots in olive oil until soft.
  3. Add the chopped zucchini and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
  4. When the vegetables are soft, add the tomato paste, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Blend the vegetables until smooth.

This caviar can be served immediately or stored in the fridge for a few days.

Ingredients:

  • Champignons or wild mushrooms – 500 g
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp.

  • Salt, pepper – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Dice the mushrooms and onion finely.
